Refund Policy

If you would like to return an item to Green Common, you must first contact us at 2263 3152 or email to info@greencommon.com. Items returned without notification may not be properly identified. This may result in delays in addressing your concern and/or processing your refund.
Returns will be processed subject to the following terms and conditions.

REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Items may be eligible for a refund if:
- Defective / Damaged (please see “Defective/Damaged Items” below)
Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued. For non-refundable items, please see “Non-
Refundable Items” below.
Please follow exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.
Please note : Items shipped to an improper or incorrect address is not our responsibility and these items are not eligible for refund or reshipping.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send a picture and explanation for the defective and/or damaged items to info@greencommon.com. Subject to our review, you may be eligible for an exchange at no additional costs.

EXPIRED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is past its expiry date, please accept our apologies. You are eligible for a refund in credit or replacement for the similar product. To qualify, you must send us a picture with an explanation, and if our customer service team requests, send the expired item back to us.
Your refund, refund-in-credit or replacement request will only be processed after our customer service team has investigated the eligibility of your request. The grant of a refund-in-credit or replacement is subject to inspection. Please note that if the return item(s) are not physically received in our warehouse within 30 days of the initial purchase date, you will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items shipped to an improper or incorrect address is not our responsibility.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Green Common is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed or undelivered shipments and/or those seized by Customs.  Items shipped to an improper or incorrect address is not our responsibility.
Food items and/or products that have been opened or have a broken seal cannot be returned and are NOT eligible for a refund.
Items returned to us after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting Green Common prior to the return, will NOT be refunded.
Items shipped to an improper or incorrect address is not our responsibility and these items are not eligible for refund or reshipping.

DUPLICATE ORDERS
Green Common is NOT responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online. Duplicate orders are subject to all the terms in this Return Policy.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may be eligible for a full refund of the shipment minus the delivery costs and subject to a 3% processing fee. Alternatively, we can reship your order with an additional shipping fee. **This does not apply to refused packages. Please see “Refused Packages” below. 

REFUSED PACKAGES
You may refuse to accept your package if there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package or if the items are past expiry date. If you refuse a package, you must contact us at info@greencommon.com immediately before your send it so that we best guide you through the process, and that each party knows the status of the matters.
- If the refused package(s) are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of initial purchase date, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping.
- If the refused package(s) are returned after 30 days of initial date of purchase, you will be charged for the return shipping cost and any other costs, which can only be determined after we are charged by the shipping agent.
- If the refused package(s) are not physically received in our warehouse, you are not eligible for a refund.
By refusing a package, you accept full responsibility for any material and immaterial costs associated with the refusal. This may include, without limitation to, lost or misrouted items.
Subject to the above, you may request a refund for the cost of the entire order or we’d be happy to deliver a new replacement package at no additional cost to you.
If you refuse to accept your package for any reason other than the above, you are NOT eligible for a refund or replacement package.
